By creating an account or using Waziper (the "Service"), operated by TapCards LLC, you agree to these Terms.
Waziper is a WhatsApp marketing and automation platform providing connection, bulk messaging, chatbots, auto-replies, live chat, reporting, and API access, subject to your plan.
You are solely responsible for how you use the Service and for complying with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and Business/Commerce policies, anti-spam laws, and all applicable regulations. Do not send unsolicited, bulk, or abusive messages. We may suspend accounts that put our infrastructure, other users, or platform access at risk. WhatsApp may restrict or ban numbers that violate its policies; we are not responsible for such actions.
You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Paid features are billed according to the plan you select. Credits and limits are defined per plan. Prices and plans may change with notice.
The Service depends on WhatsApp and third-party providers (payments, email, AI, hosting). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not liable for outages, policy changes, or limits imposed by those third parties.
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapCards LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA.
