• WhatsApp session data: when you connect a WhatsApp number, we store the session credentials needed to maintain the connection and the contacts, messages, and media you choose to send or manage through the Service.
• Usage & billing data: plan, credits, payment records, and basic log/usage information.

To provide and maintain the Service, process your campaigns and automations, handle billing, provide support, and improve reliability and security.

3. WhatsApp & third parties

The Service connects to WhatsApp and may use third-party providers for payments, email, AI, and hosting. We are not responsible for the policies or availability of those third parties. You are responsible for using the Service in compliance with WhatsApp's own terms and applicable law.
